Can I track my order?

Sure. As soon as your parcel will be processed and dispatched, I will send you your tracking information. 

How much time do you need to create a clay good?

Clay molding time fluctuates between 3 and 4 weeks. Clay needs time to be worked!

My good broke during the delivery, what can I do?

Even though I put the utmost attention and care into all my orders, it happens some parcels get damaged during their dispatch. Do not worry, contact me here so you can open a refund or exchange request. 

Are your goods produced with certified glazes?

Absolutely yes. I use top-notch materials and glazes for my ceramics. In particular, the glazes I use are food-safe, so they won't leave any traces on your food!
