Shipping policy

At the moment of the dispatch of the order, the client will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (If you don't find my email in your main mailbox, check your spam folder). All orders placed in Italy are delivered within 24/48 hours. The courier will try to deliver your parcel twice. In the event that no one is at the provided address both times, the parcel will return to me, and you'll have to pay extra shipping fees. 

If you already know you won't be available at the moment of the delivery, contact me: I will try to guarantee the safe arrival of your parcel, for example by adding to your order a hold mail service. 

If your parcel will be returned to me in the absence of the recipient, the additional fees for the second delivery will be subjected to you. I won't take any responsibility for those ceramics that will arrive broken or damaged after 3 dispatches (first dispatch + return to the sender + new dispatch to the recipient): the goods are packed with the utmost attention and care, but I can't guarantee they will withstand all these travels. I hope you can understand. For these reasons, if you are not sure you will be at home when the courier arrives, feel free to contact me anytime - in order to organize your delivery and make it a success on the first run. 

You WILL NOT be able to pick up your parcel at any postal office, because I send my goods with an express courier service.
